SPAGHETTI OF THE POOR MAN
Ingredients:
1 box Spaghetti
12 Eggs
1 cup Butter or margarine
½ cup Bread Crumbs
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese , Romano cheese or Feta

Boil the spaghetti. Meanwhile in a frying pan heat the olive oil, and make 6 fried egg.

Drain the spaghetti, return to the pot and combine with 6 beaten eggs, stirring well.

In a skillet melt the butter and the breadcrumbs stirring well for two minutes, add the spaghetti and mix well.

Divide pasta in 6 plates , put the fried eggs on top of the pasta and sprinkle with the grated cheeses


serves 6 people
