FOOD FROM EUROPE

BERN - SWITZERLAND

VEGETARIAN TEIGWAREN

Ingredients for 6 persons:
  • 1 box tricolor pasta
  • 2 potatoes, pealed, cut into small cubes
  • 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
  • 1.3 pounds leek, cut in small slices
  • 3.4 fl. ounces vegetable soup

Preparation:
  1. Cook pasta
  2. Cook potatoes ( 15 minutes ) until soft
  3. Heat the margarine or butter in a pot.
  4. Add the leek and stew.
  5. Pour the vegetable soup over the leek and cook for about 10 minutes.
  6. Add leek to pasta and potatoes and mix well ( need to be almost dry )
  7. Season at your taste
