FOOD FROM EUROPE

ANDORRA - BETWEEN FRANCE AND SPAIN
 
 
Onion salad with Honey

3 red onions finely chopped
1 can black olives
1 can green olives ( optional )
1 bunch green onions finely chopped
Dressing:
1 tablespoon honey
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2tablespoon balsamic vinegar


In a small bowl combine all ingredients for the dressing and mix well.
In a larger bowl put the onions; cover with the dressing, toss well and let it marinate for at least one hour.
Add olives, mix and serve.
