GRAMIGNA
- 1 box Gramigna Pasta or Elbow
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 1 pound ground mild sausage
- 1 cup heavy cream
- salt ,pepper and other seasonings of your choice ( Italian or multipurpose )
Fry the onion and
garlic in some olive oil in a large sauce pan for a few minutes and then add the
ground sausage. Let the sausage cook for about 10 minutes until it’s almost thoroughly
cooked then add the butter, seasonings and salt & pepper.
Add the heavy cream
and let it cook for a few more minutes.
Once the pasta is cooked al dente for me, add
it to the saucepan and mix it up
You can sprinkle some fennel seeds on the top or
you can add some to the sausage as you cook
