FETTUCCINI WITH HOT
DOGS AND EGGS
INGREDIENTS:
! Box Linguini
8 Hot Dogs, skin removed
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
3 Eggs
2 leaves of sage (fresh)
1 1/2 cup butter
Salt & Pepper
PREPARATION:
Cut hot dogs in slices (not too thick).
Melt the butter over medium heat, add sage and hot dog slices,
and cook 10 minutes, stirring often.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs, salt & pepper and parmesan
cheese.
Cook Fettuccini, drain and return to pot...
Discard sage leaves, pour butter and hot dog mixture over pasta,
and stir: add eggs mixture
and stir again until well combined.
Grate some pepper on top and add additional parmesan cheese
at your taste.
