APPETIZERS AND DIPS - DEVILED EGGS



DEVILED EGGS

12 Large eggs hard boiled and cut lengthwise
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
½ tablespoon dry Italian seasoning
½ cup roasted peppers diced very small
½ cup fresh Italian parsley
½ teaspoon dry oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon bacon bits


Peel eggs, cut lengthwise and remove yolk
Put yolks and other ingredients in a bowl and mix very well
Adjust seasoning and fill each half of egg with the yolk mixture
Refrigerate until serving

Sprinkle with Spanish paprika ( optional )
