APPETIZERS AND DIPS - MINI CHEESE BALLS



MINI CHEESE BALLS


1 package Chive and Onion Cream  Cheese Spread ( 8 oz. )
1 package Shredded Mozzarella cheese ( 8 oz. )
4 slices cooked bacon, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup toasted Walnuts, ground
    1/2 teaspoon paprika

     Mix cream cheese and mozzarella ( you can also use 6 Italian Cheeses, Asiago and roasted garlic, mixed Mexican cheeses ) until well blended: stir in chopped bacon and seasoning.
Shape mixture into balls ( 1 teaspoon each – you should get at least 50 balls ).
Roll chese balls in walnuts ( optional ) and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
