PASTA ALLA PANNA
“ALLA PANNA” SAUCE
1 Pint Heavy
Whipping Cream
1 ½ cup
grated parmesan cheese
2 egg yolks
Salt and
pepper to taste
1 tbsp dry Italian
seasoning
1 teaspoon
paprika
1 teaspoon
garlic powder
¼ cup
parsley
Beat
egg yolks in a small bowl
In
a skillet reheat heavy cream for 5 minutes ( medium heat ), stir in seasoning,
garlic and cheese.
Add
eggs mixture and cook one more minute, pour over pasta, toss and serve
immediately.
Sprinkle
parsley, extra parmesan cheese and fresh grated pepper .
