Food from the Mediterranean Area

DIJON - FRANCE
Liberation Square

Dijon chicken breast


4 Chicken Breasts
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup melted butter
 1 tablespoon Herbs de Provence
Heat oven at 375 degrees
mix Honey, Mustard and Melted Butter ; put the chicken in a greased baking dish and cover with the sauce ( reserve some for basting ).
Cook for 45 minutes, basting few times with the leftover sauce.
Before serving sprinkle some Herbs de Provence
