CHICKEN BREAST DIJON
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon Herbs de Provence
Preheat the oven at 375 degrees.
In a bowl mix Honey, Mustard and melted butter and stir well
Put the chicken in a greased baking dish and cover with some of the sauce ( reserve some for basting )
Bake for 45 minutes basting few times with the leftover sauce.
Sprinkle with the Herbs de Provence .
