What an amazing group of countries: so different from each other and with traditions that goes way back in time !

My next collection of recipes and pictures covers 36 Countries in Europe.

I have been lucky enough to visit all of those countries, making friends and have a glimpse of their traditions and a taste of so many different foods.

The recipes that I will post will sometimes be in the original version and some will have some of mine input.
